Please note: disabling Essential cookies in your browser settings may lead to incorrect platform operation, including the inability to log into your account or make payments.
4. Withdrawing Consent
If you have previously given consent for the use of analytics, marketing, or preference cookies, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Via your profile: Log in to your Mirkaso account → Go to "Settings" → "Privacy" → "Manage cookies" — uncheck the relevant categories and save your changes. The new settings will take effect after the page is reloaded.

Via the website button: Click the "Cookie Preferences" button (located in the website footer) — a cookie management panel will open where you can change your selection.
After withdrawing consent, the corresponding cookies will not be set for new sessions. Existing cookies will remain in your browser until their expiration date or until manually deleted.
5. Cookie Consent
When you first visit the website https://mirkaso.com, a cookie consent banner is displayed. The banner contains:
- information about the categories of cookies used;
- "Accept All" button — gives consent for all categories of cookies;
- "Reject Non-Essential" button — allows only Essential cookies;
- "Customize" button — opens a detailed panel with the ability to select individual categories.
Continuing to use the site with the banner open (browsing pages, clicking) is not considered as giving consent. Consent is recorded only after an active user action (clicking the appropriate button). Consent is stored in the form of a cookie_consent cookie (duration — 1 year).
If the user does not give or decline consent within 30 days, the banner will stop displaying, and the "essential only" mode will be set by default.

We do not transfer personal data to third parties that allow direct identification of you (email, name, etc.), except where necessary for service provision (e.g., payment processing through Stripe).
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Cookie Policy. Changes may occur in the event of:
- adding new analytics or marketing services;
- removing or replacing existing cookies;
- changes in legislative requirements;
- technical updates to the platform.
Notification procedure:
- for significant changes (adding a new category of cookies) — email notification to the address associated with the account, at least 14 days before the effective date;
- for technical updates — updating the version date in the document header;
- in all cases — publishing the current version at https://mirkaso.com/legal/cookies.
Continuing to use the platform after the updated policy takes effect means your agreement with the new version.
